1930s Champion Pic
Darlington & Crewe Alexandra Team Groups 1930's "The Champion" Cutting.
Approximately 110mm x 90mm.
This double sided team group was published in "The Champion", a boys comic/magazine, in the mid 1930's. Teams from the English Leagues were featured. Each cutting has a team on either side except for those with some information about colours and crowds etc on the reverse.
1907 Gold Medal
1907 gold medal awarded to Sam Whittingham of Crewe Alexandra. Sam had an interesting career playing for Stoke, Burslem Port Vale, Blackpool, and was also on Huddersfield Town's books .
